Arianna’s advice and why it matters to you, She Boss.

“Fearlessness is like a muscle. I know from my own life that the more I exercise it, the more natural it becomes to not let my fears run me.” – Arianna Huffington

Raise your hand if you have ever been afraid of something involving your business. Maybe you have the fear of sharing your personal story. Maybe it is the fear of putting yourself out there in general.Arianna Huffington Feed your dreams starve your fears

Now, raise your hand if you have ever let those fears control you in your business.

If we stop letting fear control us in our business, I promise magic will happen. I get it. Putting yourself out there is hard. It can be scary. What if you post and hear crickets? What if you post and end up with negative comments? What if NO ONE buys your e-book?

I’m going to be honest, those things can happen. But let me tell you a little story.

When I first started, I posted and heard crickets. Why? Because no one knew me. I was sure that I’d never get a client. A few weeks later, two clients reached out because they saw me consistently.

So the moral of the story is that you never know who is watching. Just because you hear crickets doesn’t mean people aren’t taking notice.

If you allow fear to stop you from sharing your business, these opportunities will not be possible. It is impossible to build brand equity if you’re staying silent.

Don’t stay silent. Be proud of your offerings. Be proud of your business. Tell the fear to go somewhere with itself.
